Amazing find

As someone who just recently began intermittent fasting, I was on the lookout for something that would help me feel better in between the hours I wasn’t eating. That is where I found the fasted few. Regular water wasn’t cutting it for me and after reading the description for this product, I went ahead and gambled on it and I’m glad I did. I truly feel less fatigued and not so light headed and I feel good in between the hours I’m not eating. I recommend this product to anyone who is doing what I’m doing or if you are in the need of something to feel more hydrated and fueled for the day.

Perfect for fasting

This product is remarkably convenient, effective and pleasant to use. A scoop of it dissolves quickly in water, and used over the course of a fast it cuts food cravings dramatically and keeps you feeling energetic. It doesn't have much of a discernable taste (very mildly salty) but it feels just right on the tongue when fasting.
